With so much experience with Letting Agents/Property Managers, we know how it all works and how Property Mangers need a good Property Maintenance Contractor who is reliable and punctual, but also honest and up front. We won’t take on too much work so we end up behind with works and we will only carry out works that have been agreed by the Landlord.
We are fully insured, hold a waste carriers licence, and always try to strike up a good relationship with our Property Managers.
Covering the whole of the South East of the UK, we also can take clients on beyond these areas, but would need to have a discussion about the works, length of time etc.

Private Landlords/Homeowners
With 27 years of on the tools experience, and almost the same with the administrations side of the business, we strive to make your experience with property repairs and maintenance simple and stress-free, because we know your property is extremely important to you.
We will keep you updated from start to finish, and contact you if any nasty ‘surprises’ crop up.
We always try to update our Homeowners/Private Landlords throughout the works, we won’t “find problems” just to get more work. We can advise, we can consult and we can give our opinion but we do not pressure anyone.

Businesses (Doctors Surgeries, Dentists)
Businesses such a Doctors Surgeries, Dentists still need to maintain their properties, they still have repairs that are needed, emergencies because with patients due everyday they cannot have a leaking roof, or broken glass. Any businesses, to be fair, needs to have someone they can call for any planned or reactive repairs. We can offer our services to those customers!
