We are a husband and wife team, with 40 years combined in property maintenance & repairs, lettings, administration and property management.

Most of our experience is working on properties through residential letting agents, but we also have a nice handful of loyal private clients aswell.

We cover almost all the services a property would need repair-wise as well as fitting Bathrooms, Kitchens and UPVC & Timber Windows and Doors.

Plumbing is a very regular job we attend at properties, but we cannot attend to any gas related issues.

We offer a 24 hour call out service, fees apply, we repair to make safe where possible, and if further works are required we will provide you with a written quotation.
